Employee Benefits

Who is eligible for benefits? All employees who are scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more are "health and welfare" benefits eligible as of the day of employment. Additionally, active employees who are at least 21 years old are "401K" benefits eligible the first of the month after 30 days of employment.

2 Medical Plans (Cigna)
ATS offers two Consumer-Driven Health Plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA); neither plan requires Primary Care Physician (PCP) designation or specialist referrals; ATS contributes $500 (Single Only) and $1,000 (Family) to HSA accounts annually.
Prescription Drug Coverage
Included in both medical plans and provides differing coverage levels for generic, formulary and non-formulary drugs; under the Consumer Plan, tobacco cessation, and 7 categories of preventative medications, are covered at 100% and are not subject to the plan's Deductible.
Wellness Incentive Program
Earn a $500 lump sum contribution to your HSA by completing an annual, 100% covered, preventive wellness exam at any time throughout the year. Earn additional awards by competing in other wellness incentives during the year as well.
3 Dental Plans
ATS offers a dental HMO plan and 2 PPO plans.
Vision Coverage
Eye exam and lenses covered every 12 months and frames every 24 months.
Each of the above programs offer 4 tier coverage availability; Employee Only; Employee & Spouse; Employee and Child(ren), and Employee & Family.
401(k) Retirement Plan
ATS provides a 4% match (100% of the first 3% employees contribute and then 50% of the next 2% employees contribute). The match is immediately 100% vested and received on a pay period basis. Newly eligible employees are auto-enrolled with a 3% pre-tax contribution.
Short / Long Term Disability Programs
Provides 60% wage replacement.
Employee Assistance Program
Provides sessions for behavioral health, substance abuse and other personal issues; available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and up to 3 free visits for counseling per unique issue.
Employee Life Conversations
Provides support for employees with selecting the appropriate amount of life insurance, creating a will, funeral planning and grief counseling, coping with emotional, financial and legal issues that arise after a loss or terminal illness.
Employee Travel Assistance Program
Provides pre-trip information, emergency medical assistance and emergency personal services while traveling.
Flexible Spending Programs
Allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible child/adult day-care expenses.

Life & AD&&D
ATS provides basic coverage with an option to purchase additional coverage for self, spouse and children.
Time Off / Holidays
ATS offers 17 days of paid-time-off (PTO) and 7 designated holidays annually (pro-rated based on hire date).
