ATS' Washington, DC office is hiring a Field Services Supervisor. This position requires experience implementing and leading a support organization to maintain photo enforcement systems installed throughout DC.  This person will be required to lead the maintenance technicians.  This position will also have responsibility for optimizing the use of internal resources to ensure high levels of uptime within the budgeted low cost structure, as well as keep up with a fast-paced high driven environment.  This position is located in Washington, DC.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Lead internal and external service delivery resources, holding them accountable to predefined goals, schedules and cost parameters

·         Oversight of all speed deployment schedules, weekly vehicle inspections for vehicles and battery run schedules, including paperwork and accuracy

·         Oversight of all preventive maintenance and service call operations, scheduling, dispatching and follow through for AutoPatrol/RLC units

·         Oversight of all shop areas including technician areas, charging areas and storage

·         Ensuring effective feedback loops on maintenance issues with Regional Manager, including root cause analysis to determine cause of problems

·         Ensuring that all activities are tracked and managed through our service delivery systems

·         Ensuring all documentation materials used by internal resources are up-to-date and provide the information we need

·         Maintaining performance goal to assure contractual Service License Agreement level of 95% is met for AutoPatrol units

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

·         Experience leading a team of technicians and providing training / mentorship as needed

·         Prior industry-related experience

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong organizational and process improvement skills

·         Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet all assigned deadlines in a rapidly changing and high pressure environment

·         Has a good understanding of basic business principles and operations

·         Professionalism and the ability to work well with different groups of people

·         Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word software

·         Ability to understand Astea-like ticketing program used for tracking, dispatching, and monitoring equipment, work flow, job status, and inventory
