American Traffic Solutions (ATS) - Fleet is a leader in Toll & Violations Management Solutions, along with License and Titling services. ATS delivers Toll and Violation Management solutions to not only fleets but also Toll Authorities and Municipalities. In addition, ATS works with rental car companies and fleet management companies to offer services that include vehicle registration & titling, registration renewal management, duplicate title/re-titling, and state change of title management (including new license plates).

ATS' Bradenton, Florida office is hiring a Fulfillment Processor, an individual who will be responsible for processing title and registration transactions as required to meet customer service level agreements. The processor is responsible for verification of jurisdictional rules associated with client specific and state requirements. Additional tasks may include: maintaining files, assisting customers, emails, phone calls and data entry.  The successful candidate must have a high degree of critical thinking, attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced transactional environment. This person will work on high-volume transactional processes in a results oriented environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining knowledge of customer rules and regulations as related to title and registration processing and ensure completed work complies with all applicable regulations

  • Assist with researching, analyzing, and expediting client requests

  • Assist with scanning, vendor codes, batching, and reassignments

  • Maintain working knowledge of EFS processing

  • Prep documentation for shipping including decaling plates, decal verification, and registration validation

  • Assist with sorting and processing inbound and outbound mail

  • Maintain a working knowledge of customer specific applications; for example, SIP & Web Focus

  • Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner

  • Processing title and registration transactions as needed

  • Assist with other tasks necessary in regards to title and registration / Fleet Services.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or transaction processing position

  • Intermediate level skill using Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Minimum of 30-35 words per minute typing skills 

  • Strong written, verbal communication and listening skills

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Demonstrates high sense of urgency and personal initiative related to customer service and problem resolution

  • Works well in a team environment and has the ability to work with individuals from all business areas

  • Executes all duties with follow-through and professionalism, demonstrating a high level of business ethics

  • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding all matters

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
