Job Description

American Traffic Solutions (ATS) - Fleet is a leader in Toll & Violations Management Solutions, along with License and Titling services. ATS delivers Toll and Violation Management solutions to not only fleets but also Toll Authorities and Municipalities. In addition, ATS works with rental car companies and fleet management companies to offer services that include vehicle registration & titling, registration renewal management, duplicate title/re-titling, and state change of title management (including new license plates).

ATS' Bradenton office is looking for a Processor who will be responsible for sorting, batching and processing documents according to customer requirements which could include: printing assignments and state specific forms, signature, notary, shipping labels and client reporting. The processor is responsible for verification of jurisdictional rules associated with client specific and state requirements. The successful candidate must have high degree of critical thinking, attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced transactional environment. 

Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain accurate tracking logs for processing
  • Maintain knowledge of customer rules and regulations as related to processing guidelines, ensuring completed work complies with all applicable regulations
  • Prepare and verify necessary paperwork for submission to jurisdictional agency
  • Assist with researching, analyzing, expediting client requests
  • Assist with sorting and processing inbound and outbound mail
  • Maintain a working knowledge of customer specific applications; for example Web Focus
  • Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner
  • Practice and promote teamwork at all times
  • Process title and registration transactions as needed

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or transaction processing position
  • Intermediate level skill using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Minimum of 30-35 words per minute typing skills 
  • Strong written, verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Demonstrates high sense of urgency and personal initiative related to customer service and problem resolution
  • Utilizes excellent time management, decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
  • Works well in a team environment and has the ability to work with individuals from all business areas
  • Executes all duties with follow-through and professionalism, demonstrating a high level of business ethics
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
